IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH ANY OF THE ITEMS YOU ORDERED AND WISH TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE, PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR OUR GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES:
YOU MAY RETURN MOST NEW ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
SOME ITEMS MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. THESE INCLUDE: MYSTERY BAGS, GIFT CARDS, AND CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS.
NO RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT ARE ON SALE OR PURCHASED USING A SALE CODE. (THIS INCLUDES ALL DISCOUNTED ITEMS PURCHASED DURING OUR BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, HOLIDAY, AND END OF YEAR SALES)
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW, UNUSED, AND UNWASHED CONDITION. ALL ORIGINAL TAGS AND ACCESSORIES MUST STILL BE ATTACHED.

WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE LESS ACTUAL SHIPPING COST TO YOU AND A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. RETURN SHIPPING IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY. ON THE RARE OCCASION WE HAVE MADE A MISTAKE IN SHIPPING, WE WILL PAY RETURN SHIPPING.
ITEMS LISTED AS FREE SHIPPING ARE FREE SHIPPING ONLY IF YOU KEEP THE ITEM. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM MARKED FREE SHIPPING THE SHIPPING WE PAID TO YOU THE ORDER WILL BE DEDUCTED ALONG WITH THE 10% RESTOCKING FEE WHEN THE ITEM IS RETURNED. NO RETURNS ON USED ITEMS.

FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED, THE SHIPPING FEE IS WAIVED IF NAP CAP VERIFIES THE PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE WHEN WE RECEIVE IT.
