Shipping & Delivery

Clients are held responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning an item. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event an error has occurred on our company’s behalf in regards to a client’s selected size or coloration of an item or if the product is found to be damaged/defective.

Privacy & Security

All collected customer information will be utilized to respond to requests/orders/returns as per request. We will NOT share your information with any third party outside of our company, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to fulfill an order.

Returns & Replacements

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

In the event of our sales team making an exception, our buyer will have 15 days from the date of delivery to cancel the purchase, return the products (in mint condition) and we can initiate the refund process upon receiving the merchandise. A 15% restocking fee will apply to the order and shipping is non-refundable. Claims may be escalated to a sales team specialist, if the sales team sees fit.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    •    In the same condition you received it in. (No Damages, abrasions, or   wear and tear will be accepted)
    •    Your item must be returned in the original packaging it was sent in.
    •    Your item needs to have the receipt, packing label, and/or sales invoice to verify purchase.

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged when received please email us at sales@blueberrybookusa.com  A representative will instruct you how to return the item and receive a refund. Shipping costs will only be refunded in the event an error has occurred on our company’s behalf in regards to a client’s selected size or coloration of an item or if the product is found to be damaged/defective.

Corrections of Errors and Inaccuracies

The Information on our site www.napcap.com may contain typographical inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Subsequently, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at anytime without prior notice or penalty(including but not limited to after you’ve submitted your order). Please note these errors, inaccuracies, and omissions may relate to product description, pricing, and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the item. We DO NOT acknowledge any product warranty.
