Jonathan Abelmann
Principal
Jonathan is a founding member of the firm involved in all operations, focused on acquisitions. Previously he was with Starwood Capital Group, based in San Francisco, investing in all major asset classes and across the capital structure. Transactions included corporate, portfolio and single asset acquisitions and development. Prior to Starwood Capital, Jonathan worked at Lehman Brothers in a principal investment and advisory group focused on esoteric credit and structured finance. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
Principal
Bryan is a founding member of the firm involved in all operations, focused on asset management. Previously he was with Rose Associates investing in new development opportunities. Prior to Rose Associates, Bryan worked at Thor Equities investing in retail and mixed-use urban development projects. Before Thor Equities, Bryan worked at Morgan Stanley responsible for CMBS structuring. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University and a Masters in Real Estate Asset Management from New York University.

Brad is a founding member of the firm involved in all operations. Previously, he was with Starwood Capital Group investing in all major asset classes and across the capital structure. Prior to Starwood Capital, Brad worked at Tishman Speyer focused on single asset, portfolio and public to private transactions. Before Tishman Speyer, Brad worked at UBS Investment Bank covering real estate, lodging and leisure assets providing M&A advisory services as well as corporate debt and equity financings. Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.
